⁑What is a zine?
A zine is usually a small, self-made booklet involving art and/or writing of creative expression. This has evolved in recent times to involve projects like group artbooks and anthologies. We're doing the same as the latter category of zines.⁑What exactly will be featured in this zine?
The main focus of the zine is anything Fate series with the theme "cats". This can range from adding cat features to characters, drawing cats with characters, drawing characters as cats, or anything else you can think of involving felines! "Ships" must remain platonic and content rating will be within PG-13. No original characters please.⁑Who will be able to take part in the project?
Everyone is free to join this project so long as you can contribute new and original content! Artists, writers, poets, cosplayers, photographers, and any other craft that can be submitted in a workable format.⁑Is this digital or physical and what will the final product cost?
The final format will depend entirely on how many people participate. If the zine ends up larger than is feasible to print and ship at a reasonable price, all distribution will be digital and either "pay what you want" or free. If physical is viable, the zine will be sold at estimated production cost.⁑What will happen with the (possible) profit?
If this zine makes any money, it will be used to fund physical copies for the contributors and/or donated to a local cat-related charity in Seasonal Tea's area (proof of donation will be provided).⁑How will contributors be compensated?
Contributors are guaranteed a complete PDF of the zine as well as a printable PDF version that can be used to print your own physical copy with a manufacturer if the project cannot provide one. Until contributor numbers are known, we do not know how this project will proceed in terms of finalised product nor sales and cannot guarantee physical compensation. The main goal of this zine is to provide a space for fans of the Fate series to gather and create together!⁑What will happen with my contribution?
Aside from being used in this project, all rights remain with the creator and can be used as they wish after the project has concluded. During the project, however, we ask that all content involved with the project is not shared without permission.
